No matter your age or fitness level our exclusive Stretch and Flex Lab classes will increase flexibility and range of motion, reduce stress, enhance sports performance, reduce joint and muscle pain and makes the perfect addition to any training program. Exclusive amenities for members include: first floor private layout, unique indoor and outdoor classes, secure parking lot, controlled number of people in the facility, private shower/sauna area and our invite-only RockStar Lab. The world is changing and so has your own health and wellness needs. Our personalized studio is here to help assist as you are on your way to health and happiness.
