Plan Your Detox 

Decide when you will be starting your juice detox, understanding that it is fresh with no preservatives. Remember, there is always a frozen option.

***1 -10 days before you start the juice***

Eliminate: Say goodbye to sugars, refined carbs, processed foods, alcohol, and caffeine—these can fuel unwanted guests.

Include Antiparasitic Powerhouses: Stock up on garlic, onions, pumpkin seeds, papaya seeds, pomegranate, coconut oil, black walnut, cloves, oregano, ginger, turmeric, thyme, and cumin. Leafy greens and cruciferous veggies. (All great to add to kitchari.)

Hydrate: Drink plenty of clean filtered water stored in glass. 
​
Days prior to any cleanse or detox, you could eat Kitchari.
