The Flow and Glow retreat invites participants to embark on a rejuvenating self-care journey, emphasizing that true beauty radiates from within. This retreat highlights the importance of digestive health, lymphatic wellness, and all-natural facial techniques, enhanced by the power of herbal blends and other tools for promoting healthy skin and overall well-being. Participants can relax in a detoxifying foot bath and experience a customized renewing yoga therapy session, further enriching their revitalization. Additionally, we will explore the profound connection between digestion and skin health, providing insights into how a balanced digestive system contributes to a radiant glow. Improper digestion can lead to toxin buildup in the body, manifesting as skin issues, including dullness and breakouts. Therefore, we will discuss how nourishing our digestive system can enhance skin vitality.

​During the retreat, participants will learn how to create custom herbal teas to support digestion and promote beautiful skin. They will also be guided in the proper techniques for using the facial gua sha tool, which stimulates lymphatic drainage and improves skin texture.

 

Led by Dodi Wilson, Ayurvedic Educator and lymphatic specialist, this retreat promises thorough instruction and support for a revitalizing experience. By the end of the retreat, participants will gain practical tools and knowledge, leaving rejuvenated, informed, and inspired to incorporate lymphatic wellness and holistic practices into their daily lives and self-care routine.
